We bought Eclipse Cross from a young man who was able to answer all our questions and more! He was very familiar with the vehicle, pleasant and not pushy when we were deciding which car we were best suited to. Very helpful and patient. His customer service was outstanding! I was really happy with the customer service I received at the dealership from Seth. He was very informative, friendly and easy to talk to. He provided me with all the information I needed and more. I changed my mind several times and requested a lot of information about the cars I was looking at and he provided everything to me without hesitation. He was truly amazing. Today I brought my vehicle in for service at Mountain Mitsubishi. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marco, who I believe is the service manager. It turns out my battery died and Marco really took care of me. He found the last battery and replaced it quickly and under warranty. Straight forward and no funny business. Thanks Marco! I'll be seeing you guys soon for my oil change and tire swap!
